Clik here to view.Plan to spend Friday, December 9 at the KRCL Polar Jubilee. It’s their annual winter fundraiser, with one of the seasons most exciting lineups of entertainment. This rock-n-roll circus features arial acrobats, Rolling Stones and David Bowie tribute bands, Bad Brad Wheeler’s Hanukkah Harmonica Army, & more. Tickets are $30, all ages welcome, and the party takes place at the Salt Lake Hardware Building (105 north 400 west).
Holiday boutiques are plentiful this weekend. Find something unique from local artisans at any of these markets.

While you're at Trolley Square getting your Christmas shopping done, be sure to check out the best collection of Christmas Cards in the state at Tabula Rasa and Cabin Fever. These two stores have everything from the classy to sarcastic cards and gifts.
Salt Lake Film Society is holding their annual Sing-Along-With Maria screening of The Sound of Music this Saturday, December 10. Two showings, 2pm & 6:30 pm at Tower Theatre. $15 admission includes a gift bag, & tea and cookies. While you're there, consider buying a membership for the film-lovers on your Christmas list.
For the kids and the kids-at-heart, SLFS are also presenting their 7th Annual Wassail & Waffles Holiday Film Series at Broadway Cinema. Free admission to this event with waffles, wassail, Santa, and a 35mm screening of A Christmas Story at 10am. (Saturday, December 10.)

The Carnival of Chaos Haunted House presents a Nightmare Before Christmas theme haunted house, with all profits to benefit St. Anne’s Homeless Shelter and the Ogden Your Community Connection (YCC), which is a rape and domestic violence shelter. Admission is $12, or bring a donation for the charity for your admission. They will be accepting donations of coats, towels, paper goods, diapers, cleaning supplies, food, and dishes for these charities.
